Using the platform

iGetHouse.ng connects buyers and renters with property listings across Nigeria. You agree to use the platform lawfully and to provide accurate information when you enquire, register or list a property.

Listings and information

We work to keep listings accurate, but details, prices and availability may change and can contain errors. You must independently verify every property, including title documents, before making any payment. iGetHouse.ng is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information alone.

Agents and sellers

Agents who register agree to list only genuine properties they are authorised to market, to keep their information current, and to accept review and approval before their listings go live. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Payments

Any payment you make for a property is a matter between you and the seller or agent. Always use traceable payment methods and obtain proper documentation. Never pay for a property you have not verified.

Prohibited conduct

You may not post false, fraudulent or misleading listings, misuse the platform, or attempt to compromise its security. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access where necessary.

Liability

The platform is provided on an as is basis. To the extent permitted by law, iicocece Properties and Investment Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the platform means you accept the current terms.
